Setting goals is easy part. Now we are gonna discover the hard part of, achive that goals.
It Is What You Want ?
Okey, think about you don’t like swimming and your goal is become pro swimmer. Is it really what you want ? Of course, sometimes we have to do things we don’t want to do but usually we set goals without thinking enough. I recommend think about your goal for a day or two.
Set Clear Goals
“I will become rich”, “I will be manager”, “I will loose weight” …
Don’t set goals like that. That examples are scaleable. You have to track your progress for your goals, and sometimes you have to make changes.

Instead :
“I will make extra 10k by end of this year”
“I will get prometed this year”
“I will loose 1 kg per week”
